Refund policy

At Refinery Number One, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your apparel must be unused, unwashed, and in the same new, resellable condition that you received it.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a timely manner.
